Refund policy

REFUNDS - 

Jackwest will only refund payment back to the original paying credit card used for the transaction.

We will process returns within 5 business days of the time of receiving the returned items.  The refunded dollar amount may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending upon individual banks processing time.   

RETURNS - 

Jackwest will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the time-of-purchase for items purchased on jackwestbrand.com.  Just follow the return instructions and we'll make it happen.

2. All returns must include the Return Authorization label RA and #.

3. All returned items must meet our return standards -  1) item(s) are in new, unused condition with no visible wear, dirt, stains or otherwise indicators of use.  2) all  original packaging is intact.  3) hangtags are attached. 

4. Upon receiving of returned items, Jackwest reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return standards.  

5. We do not offer direct exchanges.   If you wish to return an item and make another purchase, you will separately need to 1) initiate a Return Authorization label (RA) and 2) order again though Jackwestbrand.com.

7. Sale items (products marked down) - may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase.  Please follow our return standards and process

8. Clearance item sales are final.  No returns or refunds will be accepted.

9. And, because we're small and scrappy, original shipping charges are not refundable.
